Watching Dora the Explorer with Marta is such a torture: it's in Russian here, with some English, and here's how it sounds sometimes:

"Skazhite 'more faster'!"

And Dora is called Dasha here.

P.S. And Diego is singing: "You need swim, you need swim!" - which, I guess, means that he wants the turtle to swim...

Is the English-Spanish original as horrible, I wonder?

    I do not know either why children (my Natasha namely) are glued to it. What is the fun of wiggling your behind and repeat "We did it, we did it"? in a language you do not understand.
    Did your husband who is in visual art make any comment on the terrible drawings?
    Lot of fun to Marta anyway!
