To park on the sidewalk, they also have to do some driving around on it. Traffic jams often occur.





Some of them seem to drive on sidewalks just because they can:

    Moscow's center's okay now - it's being licked clean by an army of Tajiks imported by mayor Luzhkov. Not sure how it compares to Kyiv, though - been almost six months since I'm not in Moscow...
