I'm going through a blogger's identity crisis - or maybe it's a blogger's multiple personality disorder - or both.
I'm tired of Twitter, and of Tumblr, and of everything else, and I miss having only this blog to write on and using nothing but my Flickr account to post pictures to.
Part of the reason I'm not here often anymore is that it's easier to post to Tumblr when I'm away from my computer, but I'm testing an iPhone app right now that seems to work well with Blogger/Blogspot, and if I end up liking it, I'll migrate back here full-time.
I'm also somehow a bit embarrassed to post pictures with no explanations here - as well as those really quick posts that now seem to belong only on Twitter or Tumblr. But I'll try to overcome this shyness and post anything that wants to be posted here, regardless of its length and other parameters. Because I'm tired of being so scattered around.
Maybe I'll change my mind about this blog once again, though. Who knows.

Maybe audio blogging with iPhone apps like AudioBoo or iPadio? xxx
ReplyDeleteThanks a lot for these tips, Syl! I've actually been playing with audio this whole past week, mostly recording Marta, editing these lovely soundbites with Audacity and trying to figure out how to get some of them online (for family use only). iPadio seems like a cool app (while AudioBoo requires 4.2 software update and will have to wait). Not sure I have it in me now to record/hear my own voice, but you never know... Again, thank you! :)))
ReplyDeleteI know what you mean. I just got an Android phone and downloaded a WordPress app, and my WordPress blog automatically reposts to Facebook, and I think that's good for now. I never really liked Twitter.
ReplyDeleteyou are going through not-completely-integrated-and-never-pushed-to-be-finished-tools case - don't worry, your stream is pretty well aggregated on Friendfeed ;)
